The Board of Governors of BISR comprises of up to nine elected members plus three appointed by the founding organisations of the School, the British Embassy, SABB and Saudi-Hollandi Bank. Elected members serve for two year terms. The Board ensures that the School conforms to and operates within the law and actively supports the School's mission, vision and policies. The primary work of the Board is long range and strategic and it is accountable for financial planning and strategy.
