The Board of Governors is responsible for all matters of overall policy and finance. The governors meet regularly in order to discuss, plan and decide upon the future direction of the School.
The Principal leads and manages the school's Senior Management Team (SMT), which consists of a Vice Principal, Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, Head of Sixth Form and a Bursar who is responsible for financial, personnel and administrative functions. They collaboratively establish the strategic intent of the school and manage the implementation of policies and procedures relating to all aspects of the school's leadership and management.
The SMT is supported by middle managers who lead and manage year groups (Year Leaders) and curriculum subjects (Curriculum Managers).
Every teacher manages the learning of their pupils and many also manage teachers' assistants and welcome parent volunteers.
