SCHOOL TRIPS

In the spring term, this year, many pupils ranging from Year 5 to Year 11 had the opportunity to spend some time in a rich variety of  activities visiting other countries. Years 5 and 6 went to Musandam, the scenically beautiful corner of Oman which so resembles the Norwegian fiords. There they enjoyed a mixture of outdoor pursuit activities which presented physical challenges.

Pupils from KS3 went to Anzere in Switzerland to test their ability on the Swiss Alps. The trip was fun, educational and enlightening and consisted of 5 full days skiing (8 hours per day) of skiing, with fully qualified, English speaking instructors.

A group of Y10 pupils had the unique opportunity to travel roughly by camel across the Wahiba Sands in Oman. This was not a trip for the faint hearted as the pupils learnt a lot about themselves and their ability to withstand hardship.

Year 11 students visited India.
